This site is my portfolio. Here’s what it collects, and why.

What I use

I use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use this site: which pages they visit, where they click and scroll, and where they get stuck. I only use this to improve the site.

When it runs

Only if you choose Accept. Clarity then sets cookies so the pages you view are linked into one visit. If you choose Decline, Clarity doesn’t run at all and nothing is recorded.

What gets recorded

Activity on the page, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, along with your rough location, device and browser. Anything you type into a form, including the case study password, is hidden and never recorded.

Who sees it

Only me, through my Clarity account. Microsoft runs the service and handles the data under its own privacy statement. Recordings are kept for 30 days.
